1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and North America. Unfortunately, we do not ship to any other regions at this time.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use Portuguese CTT and Slovenia Pošta for all shipments. Customers can choose between two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Registered Shipping

All shipping options include tracking, which will be provided with your order details.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Please note that there is no free shipping option available.

4. Handling Time

Orders are processed and shipped either on the same day or the next business day. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately with an estimated restock date.

5. Delivery Times

  • Within the EU: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on whether you choose standard or registered shipping.
  • UK and North America: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Please note that customs delays and other unforeseen factors can impact delivery times.

Tracking information will be provided with your order confirmation and can be accessed through your account on our website. You will receive updates on the status of your shipment via email.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders, Piardigma d.o.o. cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed by the carrier. 8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may apply to their orders. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on these potential charges.

9. Address Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Piardigma d.o.o. is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
